Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 55 years.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 90 days in construction work in the past 12 months.
  • Residency: Workers from other states must be currently employed in Assam.
  • Membership: Must not be part of any other welfare fund.

    • Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
    • Registration with eShram and possession of a Unique Account Number (UAN).

Registration Process

  1. Visit the Portal: Go to abocwwb.assam.gov.in.
  2. New Registration: Click on the “New Registration” button on the homepage.
  3. Mobile Verification: Enter your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and verify via OTP.
  4. Select Location: Choose your district and labour office.
  5. Provide Details: Enter the following:
    • Personal and family information.
    • Address and bank details.
    • Employer and scheme details.
  6. Upload Documents: Upload the required documents, including the 90-day work certificate.
  7. eShram Validation: Enter your eShram UAN for verification.
  8. Fee Payment: Pay the ₹25 registration fee online.
  9. Submission: Submit the application. You will receive a confirmation SMS with your Registration Number after successful verification.

Membership Renewal Process

  1. Portal Login: Visit the portal and click on the “Membership Renewal” option.
  2. Aadhaar Verification: Enter your Aadhaar number and verify via OTP.
  3. Update Information: Provide updated details such as:
    • Address, bank details, and family information.
    • Employer and scheme information.
  4. Upload Documents: Submit the necessary updated documents.
  5. Preview: Recheck all details before final submission.
  6. Submit Application: Complete the renewal process.
